Lunch and Learn: 11 Herbs Every Cook Should Use

This Thursday Dr. Rura shared about cooking and eating fresh herbs from the garden.  We looked at a list of 11 herbs: Basil, Mint, Rosemary, Oregano / Thyme, Cilantro, Chives, Dill, Parsley, Sage, and  Tarragon and talked about what they looked like as a plant and how they could be used in cooking.  As door prizes we had a variety of small flowers and herbs for the garden.
